China – National Development and Reform Commission, MII and Finance Ministry announced the first batch 71 models of vehicles which have been chosen into fuel-efficient vehicle catalogue. 8 models of JAC vehicles have been chosen into the catalogue including 6 models of A-class sedan and 2 models of A0-class sedan such as A car Tojoy (1.3L, VVT engine, MT), A car Tojoy hatchback (1.3L, VVT engine, MT), A0 car (1.0L,MT), A0 car (1.0L, AMT). Chinese centre budget will provide 3000 Yuan as allowance to customers who buy those fuel-efficient vehicles.

All the above vehicles have been listed on the Public Notice of Auto Manufacture and Products, submitted to the vehicle Fuel Consumption Labelling for record and won the CCC state Compulsory Certification.

The first batch 71 models of vehicles have involved 14 auto-manufactures such as GAC-Honda, Beijing-Hyundai, Shanghai General Motor, JAC, Chery and so on, among which 8 models of JAC vehicles have been listed on the catalogue coving 11% of the total vehicles and became No.1 among Chinese independent brands. It makes outsiders look at JAC technology of energy-saving, environmental protection with new eyes and proved that JAC passenger cars’ energy and environment conservation performance have been confirmed by the most authoritative official mission.
